The library has been established for the purpose to collect, keep in order and proper preservation of related books, magazines and other documents comprehensively and for the benefit of the students learning and faculty members educational research operation of our university. The range of the book collection of the library is not limited to educational related books, documents and magazines, but also extended to textbooks, picture books, and local materials of various other fields. The unique characteristics of the library is also seen in its wide availability to users, the library is open in weekends and even on holidays not only to university related members but also to common citizens. Opening hours are until 10:00 p.m. on weekdays.
The university has been deploying various lnternet-based information services such as electronic journals and academic databases.
There is also an electronic blackboard, a whiteboard, a projector, a visual presenter and a touch table display, as well as a group learning and lecture space for utilizing library materials.
